By using the SwissXpat website and purchasing one of our annual memberships, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. We recommend reading them carefully before registering or making a purchase.

1. Subject of the Contract

These Terms govern the purchase, renewal, and management of annual memberships provided by SwissXpat through its website.

Memberships offer members exclusive services, personalized benefits, and access to reserved content, based on the chosen level.

2. Types of Membership and Prices

SwissXpat offers three types of annual memberships:

  • CLASSIC: CHF 300 per year

  • GOLD: CHF 500 per year

  • BLACK: CHF 1 “000 per” year

All prices are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF) and are to be understood as VAT included, if applicable.

3. Duration and Automatic Renewal

Each membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

At the end of the period, the membership is automatically renewed for an additional 12 months, with the corresponding cost charged, unless the user cancels according to the following point.

4. Cancellation of Membership

The user can cancel the automatic renewal at any time, at least 30 days before the expiration date of their membership.

Cancellation must be made exclusively through the user’s personal area on the SwissXpat website.

After cancellation, the membership will remain active until expiration, without any future renewal.
No refunds are provided for periods already started.

5. Payment

Payment can be made through the methods accepted on the site (credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). Payment data is processed by certified third-party providers according to PCI-DSS security standards. SwissXpat does not store complete data related to payment cards.

In case of non-payment at the time of renewal, the membership will be suspended until regularization.

6. Changes to Services

SwissXpat reserves the right to modify the services included in the different memberships at any time, always guaranteeing a level of service equivalent to or higher than what was initially offered.

7. Liability

SwissXpat is not responsible for technical malfunctions of the site or for temporary interruptions of services due to force majeure or events beyond its control. Access to services depends on the availability of the user’s internet network and the proper management of their account.

8. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. In case of substantial changes, SwissXpat will inform registered users with adequate notice, via email or notification in the account area.

Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the changes.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Swiss law.

For any dispute arising from these Terms, the court of Lugano (Switzerland) will have exclusive jurisdiction.
