We recommend reading them carefully before registration or purchase. <\/p><hr data-start=\"777\" data-end=\"780\"><h4 data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"810\">1. Subject of the Agreement<\/h4><p data-start=\"812\" data-end=\"955\">These Terms govern the purchase, renewal, and management of <strong data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"905\">annual memberships<\/strong> provided by SwissXpat through its website.<\/p><p data-start=\"957\" data-end=\"1091\">Memberships offer members exclusive services, personalized benefits, and access to reserved content, based on the selected level.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1093\" data-end=\"1096\"><h4 data-start=\"1098\" data-end=\"1137\">2. Membership Types and Prices<\/h4><p data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1191\">SwissXpat offers three types of annual memberships:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1193\" data-end=\"1291\"><li data-start=\"1193\" data-end=\"1226\"><p data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1226\"><strong data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1206\">CLASSIC<\/strong>: CHF 300 per year<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1227\" data-end=\"1257\"><p data-start=\"1229\" data-end=\"1257\"><strong data-start=\"1229\" data-end=\"1237\">GOLD<\/strong>: CHF 500 per year<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1258\" data-end=\"1291\"><p data-start=\"1260\" data-end=\"1291\"><strong data-start=\"1260\" data-end=\"1269\">BLACK<\/strong>: CHF 1,000 per year<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1401\">All prices are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF) and are to be understood as <strong data-start=\"1369\" data-end=\"1384\">VAT included<\/strong>, if applicable.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1403\" data-end=\"1406\"><h4 data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1442\">3. Duration and Automatic Renewal<\/h4><p data-start=\"1444\" data-end=\"1510\">Each membership is valid for <strong data-start=\"1475\" data-end=\"1486\">12 months<\/strong> from the date of purchase.<\/p><p data-start=\"1512\" data-end=\"1737\">At the end of the period, the membership is <strong data-start=\"1556\" data-end=\"1607\">automatically renewed for an additional 12 months<\/strong>, with the corresponding cost charged, unless you cancel according to the following section.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1739\" data-end=\"1742\"><h4 data-start=\"1744\" data-end=\"1776\">4. Membership Cancellation<\/h4><p data-start=\"1778\" data-end=\"1918\">You may cancel automatic renewal at any time, <strong data-start=\"1843\" data-end=\"1917\">at least 30 days before your membership expiration date<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"1920\" data-end=\"2027\">Cancellation must be made <strong data-start=\"1955\" data-end=\"2007\">exclusively through your personal area<\/strong> on the SwissXpat website.<\/p><p data-start=\"2029\" data-end=\"2182\">After cancellation, the membership will remain active until expiration, with no future renewal.<br data-start=\"2123\" data-end=\"2126\"\/><strong data-start=\"2126\" data-end=\"2156\">No refunds are provided<\/strong> for periods already started.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2184\" data-end=\"2187\"><h4 data-start=\"2189\" data-end=\"2205\">5. Payment<\/h4><p data-start=\"2207\" data-end=\"2514\">Payment can be made through the accepted methods on the website (credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). Payment data is processed by certified third-party providers according to PCI-DSS security standards. SwissXpat does not store complete payment card data.  <\/p><p data-start=\"2516\" data-end=\"2621\">In case of failed payment at renewal, the membership will be suspended until regularization.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2623\" data-end=\"2626\"><h4 data-start=\"2628\" data-end=\"2655\">6. Service Modifications<\/h4><p data-start=\"2657\" data-end=\"2863\">SwissXpat reserves the right to modify the services included in the different memberships at any time, always ensuring a level of service equivalent to or higher than what was initially offered.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2865\" data-end=\"2868\"><h4 data-start=\"2870\" data-end=\"2891\">7. Liability<\/h4><p data-start=\"2893\" data-end=\"3202\">SwissXpat is not responsible for technical malfunctions of the website or for temporary service interruptions due to force majeure or events beyond its control. Access to services depends on your internet connection availability and proper account management. <\/p><hr data-start=\"3204\" data-end=\"3207\"><h4 data-start=\"3209\" data-end=\"3236\">8. Modifications to the Terms<\/h4><p data-start=\"3238\" data-end=\"3451\">These Terms may be updated at any time. In case of substantial modifications, SwissXpat will inform registered users with adequate notice, via email or notification in the account area. <\/p><p data-start=\"3453\" data-end=\"3525\">Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the modifications.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3527\" data-end=\"3530\"><h4 data-start=\"3532\" data-end=\"3574\">9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction<\/h4><p data-start=\"3576\" data-end=\"3634\">This agreement is governed by <strong data-start=\"3615\" data-end=\"3633\">Swiss law<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"3636\" data-end=\"3755\">For any dispute arising from these Terms, the <strong data-start=\"3725\" data-end=\"3754\">courts of Lugano (Switzerland)<\/strong> shall have exclusive jurisdiction.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3757\" data-end=\"3760\"><h4 data-start=\"3762\" data-end=\"3778\">10.
